Yahoo Clarified in a Letter to Its Shareholders Its Relationship with Google and Microsoft


The Yahoo CEO Jerry Wang and Director Roy Bostock sent a letter to shareholders on Wednesday, explaining the deal with Google's June 12, and also clarifying the negotiations with Microsoft, who recently made a bid for the search giant.
